UnofficialSquaw skiers Tim Konrad and Mattias Sullivan have arrived in Buenos Aires to start their “summer” ski season. After doing some site seeing and partaking in some weekend madness in the capital city, we will be head over to the Andes mountains and the ski resort of Las Lenas where the winter season is due to kick off this Saturday June 27th. There has been a reported 6 feet of snow so far! The heavy storms have caused the main lift, Ts Marte to derail from towers 2-5 but should be up and running come this weekend.
