Photo: Tim the Swede skiing under Valcano
For almost two weeks now we have been skiing nothing but fresh powder. Last night we picked up about another foot of super light snow. High winds and whiteout conditions keep the skiing to the lower mountain and the Valcano chair. The light was rather flat today but a fresh foot of snow and very few skiers on the hill made for a fun and entertaining day. We are all keeping our fingers crossed for some Marte tomorrow.

I’m pumped to see your report. All the weather sites have been showing 32 degrees, no snow and sunshine for the last few weeks. I hope it holds up. I’ll be in the second week of August. Please tell me there are more ladies than what I’ve seen in the pics. The clubs are full of dicks. Say it ain’t so!

Nils, the only way of doing that is without skiing. You’ll need at least 8 days in Las Lenas to ski it. You’ll need at least one day of travelling between these resorts.

Wow sounds great! I have also been kind of worried about the lack of snow, but is seems as the weather sites were wrong. We are 4 swedish guys coming to Las Lenas 20th of August. Ask your friend Tim if he needs some snus or something else from Sweden. If he does, just e-mail me!
