With no snow in three weeks and no big storm on the horizon many of the Las Lenas locals are packing up and heading out. Bariloche has been getting pounded with snow so many are opting to head down south for more powder skiing. Others are heading to there homes around the world or taking some time to see more of South America. It has been a wonderful winter and the majority of skier and riders are heading home with good vibes over a solid season. I will be sticking it out for another few days in Las Lenas then heading to Buenos Aires to make my final reports from South America.
Stay tuned to UnofficialAndes.com throughout the winter for posts on the latest info on next years season.During the North American winter you can checkout UnofficialSquaw.com (Ski News From Squaw Valley) and the soon to be launched UnofficialJackson.com (Ski News From Jackson Hole). Do you have any information on booking long term accomodation in las lenas?
Any advice or information much appreciated.
Only information I can find is this…
(which suggests that to find season acoomodation you need to rock up by 21st June and hope they still have something !?)
